Comics Crux

     

Before I got into this episode of Telltale’s “The Walking Dead” game, I had some internal chuckling pertaining to this being “the dark middle chapter”.  Based on how things in the Walking Dead universe tend to play out, there are few, if any, happy endings.  And while the two previous episodes of the game are just about as dark and bleak as any other story, movie or video game I’ve ever played; I can say that I was not prepared at all for what Episode three had in store for me.  It’s hard to even describe the effect that some of these moments had on me, but I can tell you that this chapter, more so than any of the others, is the true point of no return.
