Though autumn officially began last month, it doesn’t really feel like autumn until October hits, at least for me. And by “feel” I mean in a figurative way. Down here in Florida it was 86 degrees today, plus two hours of torrential downpour. But October is here, and that means Halloween is almost upon us! To make Halloween even sweeter, Vertigo Comics is taking advantage of the holiday falling on a Wednesday this year. The publisher will release a Halloween anthology of creepy short stories by both industry professionals and talented comic book newbies.
